I can play stand-alone shows typically up to 300 person capacity, plus I like to play support slots for tribute bands of many genres, typified by an open-minded, music-loving audience.
I’m very low maintenance — I run my Burns Steer through a battery-powered Boss GT-1 multi-effects, plugging straight into the PA; no amp set-up, just plug-and-play. This means I don’t interfere with other performers set-up, requiring only 10 minutes load and sound-check.
I play songs across Billy’s career, but focus on his early solo years. Depending upon the audience profile, I intersperse the set with stories about the background and evolution of the Billy’s songs.
